Coldmach Intelligent Cold Air Condensing Unit

Features and Advantages
The unit adopts a box-type outdoor unit,
with a wind-cooled condensation and heat dissipation method.
The design is compact and aesthetically pleasing, and it undergoes high-temperature electrostatic spraying treatment, ensuring long-lasting durability.
The main circuit uses a 2000-step P MV electronic expansion valve,
and all operating conditions run efficiently, enabling rapid cooling in the cold storage.
The intelligent thermal defrosting technology,
based on the detection of the temperature inside the warehouse and the evaporation temperature, automatically initiates the defrosting process according to the frost formation on the cooling fan. The defrosting time is short, significantly reducing energy consumption, and the temperature rise inside the warehouse is small.
The unit can directly control the fan speed based on the condensation temperature,
and the fan energy consumption of the unit is effectively controlled.
The unit includes 2 pressure sensors, 6 temperature sensors,
1 current transformer, and automatic control of exhaust temperature and other comprehensive safety parameters, achieving maximum protection for the compressor and ensuring the stability of the compressor's long-term operation.

Complete configuration: The unit is already equipped with an expansion valve, control system, refrigerant (within 10 meters of the pipeline), and no additional accessories are required.
The control system can display: Cold room temperature, set temperature, system high and low pressure, unit operating current, evaporation temperature, condensation temperature, ambient temperature, etc.
Each unit has undergone working condition operation in the factory,
ensuring that each unit meets the design performance. It is installed as a household air conditioner, and it is simple and does not require a senior installation technician.
Fully intelligent control system,
power-on self-check and self-diagnosis, no need for debugging,
optional remote monitoring and maintenance module.
Self-provide maintenance suggestions and fault diagnosis,
display fault cause prompts and suggestions for handling methods, maximizing the simplification of maintenance and repair work.
Optional remote management module allows viewing of every status parameter of the Cold room unit operation at any time, and can also remotely execute operation commands, such as remote manual start/stop, forced etc.
Can view the historical data of the unit operation and the change curves of each parameter, and if necessary, can export reports for viewing and printing data.
