Overview:

Dan foss Type MT reciprocating compressor for use with R22 refrigerant, as well as mineral oil. This compressor is 380-400v (50Hz) or 460v (60Hz), three phase, and has a capacity of 95898 BTU/HR (BTU/HR is based on an evaporator temperature of 45°F, a condenser temperature of 130°F, SuperHeat of 20°F, and SubCooling of 15°F). It also has a 1-3/4" Rotolock suction connection with a 1-1/8" ODF (sweat) sleeve, a 1-1/4" Rotolock discharge (liquid) connection with a 3/4" ODF (sweat) sleeve, and a 3/8" NPT oil equalization connection.

Maneurop® MT, MTZ, NTZ reciprocating compressors from Dan-foss fit in a wide variety of applications, like walk-in coolers, milk tanks, or air dryers, and are available in a wide range of operating conditions. Each compressor feature a large internal free volume that protects against the risk of liquid hammering.

MT and MTZ compressors are designed for high- and medium-temperature applications and are available with displacement values ranging from 1.84 to 16.57 in³/rev.

NTZ compressors are designed for low-temperature applications. The NTZ series is optimized at −30 °F with an extended evaporating temperature range of −50 °F to +15 °F.
